Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewQuinten Yake is a sad excuse for a Coordinator that ive ever met in my life, he never does anything by the book that is given to him (Members Hand Book aka The Bylaw Book) he also makes fake recipts for 2,500$ for a replacement door that I could of gotten my buddy to replace for 1/3rd of the price. He also doesn't give any notice before coming and removing belongings from backyards himself that have been already approved by the board previously. When you put work orders in, he never forfils what the task is, and makes up excuses for the reason why it wasn't done. Doesn't even show up on the scheduled day himself to let you know something came up, no phone call, no door bell ring, no hot water for a week, couldn't unplug the downstairs drain said that they needed to do a huge construction project on it.. But the person this happened tos boyfriend unclogs the drain with a plunger in less then 10 seconds. Hes a sad excuse for a Coordinator and highly...
